Is anyone else getting a bit antsy for spring? While I love winter, there’s something so wonderful about flowers blooming and the trees getting their leaves back, so I thought a perfect way to get some of my longing out was to share Jacob and Jenna Grace’s engagement session with you guys! We had the perfect spring day, and these two are basically models (along with their adorable pup!) so my job was pretty darn easy!
What a spectacular day it was celebrating the marriage of Jacqueline and Ryan. They started their day off getting ready at their reception venue, Peach Creek Ranch. The atmosphere was relaxed and everyone was giddy with anticipation for the ceremony in just a couple of hours at St Mary’s Catholic Church. We took a few bridal party photos before we left for the Church, and then we waited for the real reason we were there that day. One of the best parts of the wedding day is watching the groom’s face react to seeing his beautiful bride walk down the aisle, and man, Ryan’s was one for the ages. He held back tears as he saw his Jacquie coming down the aisle with her father. It was gorgeous! After the ceremony, family photos and bridal party photos were taken, we headed back to PCR to finish up formals of Jacquie and Ryan, and then the party began! There was a mariachi band, y’all. How cool is that?! Everyone danced the night away and hung out on Peach Creek’s awesome patio area in the cool January evening air. Jacquie and Ryan’s love was so apparent all day long. You could see how much they each put each other at ease when they were together, and isn’t that what your spouse is supposed to do? We loved this day and these people. Enjoy!

Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! I thought today was a great day to finally share Kenzie and Richard’s wedding day at Peach Creek Ranch. Their wedding was recently featured in Insite Magazine, you can find the link to read more about their love story here. Kenzie and Richard are two really down to earth people that make the most wonderful couple. They have the most easy going, fun loving relationship that makes you feel happy when you’re around them. Their goofy nature is just the best. These high school sweethearts had one awesome wedding day, and I’m so excited to share it with you guys. Enjoy!

Woah! What a fun session this was! I’ve always wanted to do a session in Sam Houston National Forest because it’s gorgeous and a bit more secluded that the usual spots. I met Jose and Brittany just inside the forest, and we didn’t have to walk very far to find some really amazing light! This spot is perfect for winter months too because the trees are pine and they’re always green. Jose and Brittany were up for absolutely anything, including walking half a mile down a bridge to reach Lake Conroe for some shots towards the end of the session. We’re celebrating these two this weekend out at Broken Arrow Ranch, and I cannot wait to see the vision Brittany has for her wedding day. From the sounds of it, it’s going to be spectacular! Congratulations you two! I know it’s been a long road getting to this moment, but I am so excited to be there with you.
