Gorgeous florals, a brilliant Texas sunset, and a wicked awesome reception were a few highlights of this Moore Ranch wedding for me. Morgan and Cade are two of the most amazing people, and capturing their wedding day was seriously a blast. I loved Morgan's boho feel, which was really unique and the floral design pieces were to die for.. no really, I wanted to steal that 'K' and keep it forever. Enjoy some of my favs from this beautiful wedding day!

I don't photograph styled shoots all that often, but when I do, I enjoy the slower pace to get creative and photograph beautiful things made and designed by other talented wedding vendors. Last spring I photographed this gorgeous bridal brunch inspiration at Peach Creek Ranch. Heather from EpochCo + Events and Jaelynn from Urban Rubbish planned and styled everything you see below, and boy, those colors are splendid. Bohemian has always been one of my favorite styles, but I'm certainly not bold enough to rock it. I'm so thankful for vendors that have become friends that trust me to photograph their gorgeous designs!
Also.. exciting! This shoot was featured on Brides of Houston, you can check it out here.

I always love heading to McKinney Fall state park for engagement sessions. The natural beauty combined with the awesome Texas sunsets just make my heart happy. When I suggested McKinney Falls to Abigail for their engagement session in February, I was hoping I'd be able to live up to her and Samuel's adventurous and fun attitudes towards their relationship. These high school sweethearts remind me a lot of Curtis and myself. Getting married super "young" and following the path God intended for them, not questioning if it's the "right" thing to do and basing their lives off of what society tells them is what they should be doing. They love each other SO much, and I know they're strong enough to boldly go through life together. I can't wait to see them on Sunday and celebrate their love as they get married to one another. It's going to be a blast!
