Going back through these to pick out blog images was pretty fun for me. I had so much celebrating with David and Krysten on their wedding day in my hometown of Waco! It was pretty awesome to photograph a wedding for people I've known for a loooong time, and whose relationship I've seen grow since high school. Krysten and David are just the perfect fit for each other, we all saw that long ago in high school marching band, hehe. They're both so sweet and goofy, it made for a really relaxed wedding atmosphere. Everyone always asks if I shoot mainly for people I know, and while that was true in the beginning, I don't really get to do it all that much anymore. So, heading up to Waco to photograph a wedding full of people I've known for a huge chunk of my life was so, so great! Thank you for asking me to do this Krysten, you were such a patient and beautiful bride. David, you were so much fun, even if you hate having your photo taken! It was so easy, wasn't it?! Curtis and I wish you both so much joy in your marriage! We were so blessed to be a part of your wedding day.
