Xing and Jason contacted me about their wedding at the All Faith's Chapel on Texas A&M's campus about.. 10 days before their wedding date. The email literally stated, yes, next Saturday. I was a bit surprised, but once I looked at their wedding website, I knew I wanted to be the one that got to photograph their wedding.
Xing and Jason met in China while Jason was there on an English teaching internship, and after a few months and learning that they both had so much in common, they caved into the idea of a long distance relationship. A couple of years later, Xing started her Masters at Texas A&M, and Jason moved to College Station to be closer to her. They were engaged a few short months ago, and planned a wedding in TWO months!
It was beautiful ceremony, in both English and Chinese, these two even said their very own vows to each other twice. Seriously, things like that make me happy to be doing this job. Xing and Jason, you both were so awesome to work with, and I'm so glad to have met you! I know the Lord has already blessed you in so many ways, but I pray that He continues to do so in your marriage.
